# High Performance Orgs

> High Performance Orgs is a San Francisco executive coaching and leadership development firm founded in 1999. In 27 years it has coached 3,000+ executives and trained 150,000+ leaders in 37 countries. Two programs serve different leader levels. The first is High Performance Executive Coaching for founders, executives, VPs, and senior leaders. The second is the High Performance Leadership Accelerator for experienced managers, directors and high potentials.

**For founders, executives, VPs, and senior leaders**

High Performance Executive Coaching is 1:1. Four months, eight bi-weekly sessions by phone, $7,500. You start with a diagnostic and a Rapid Development Plan. Your progress is measured at baseline, 90 days, and 180 days. The Coaching Test Drive is a free 55-minute coaching session by phone if you want to try it before you commit.

**For experienced managers, directors, and high-potentials**

The High Performance Leadership Accelerator is a group program. Twelve weeks, three individual sessions at milestones, lifetime curriculum access, $3,500. Each week you bring your own current situations (a difficult conversation you're navigating, a decision that's been stalled) and work them live with the group. The Secrets of High Performance Leadership workshop is the free entry point.
