Michael O. “Coop” Cooper is our Founder & Head Coach.

From co-leading the team to develop the world’s first wireless web platform to pioneering online systems for global giants like Honda and Vodafone, Coop’s journey through leading software development, technology and innovation teams led him to a simple but profound realization: impactful organizations need exceptional leaders.

With 25 years of coaching experience across 37 countries and thousands of companies, Coop has dedicated his career to enhancing the capabilities of executives and their teams, turning big challenges and big visions into extraordinary results.

Coop provides 1:1 High Performance Executive Coaching to leaders who need to build high-performing teams and drive growth and innovation. He often advises and coaches startup teams to have the hard conversations required to deliver for customers and investors.

He leads our High Performance Leadership Accelerator with our amazing team of guest instructors below. He designed and leads our Culture Design Workshops and our Growth Alignment Sessions.

He’s a sought after Keynote Speaker and coaches executives to deliver impactful speeches, presentations and pitches that educate, engage and inspire audiences.
