We coach founders, executives, VPs, and senior leaders through 1:1 High Performance Executive Coaching (4 months, 8 sessions), and managers, directors, and high-potentials through the High Performance Leadership Accelerator (12 weeks of group coaching, 3 individual sessions, lifetime curriculum access).

Both programs run on the High Performance Leadership Operating System (HPLOS): mindset (how you think about your role), skillset (the specific behaviors that produce results), and toolset (frameworks you use in your next 1:1, your next team meeting, your next difficult conversation).
