How much does a keynote cost?
Keynote fees depend on format (keynote, half-day workshop, full-day), audience size, location, and customization. Most corporate keynotes fall in the $3,000–$15,000 range. Reach out with your event details for a specific quote.
How far in advance should we book?
3-6 months out for most events. Custom keynotes take 2-3 weeks of preparation.
Does Coop travel for engagements?
Yes. US and internationally (we’ve recently spoken in Portugal, Brazil, Ireland and Spain). Virtual events use the same interactive format. Travel handled as part of booking.
Can we get a custom keynote?

What’s the difference between a keynote and a workshop?
Keynote: 45-60 minutes, frameworks + tools. Workshop: 2-4 hours, hands-on practice with their own situations. Both are interactive.
