Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Platform: We use GoHighLevel (“GHL”) as our CRM and marketing automation platform. GHL processes contact information, form submissions, email communications, and related data on our behalf. GHL maintains its own Data Processing Agreement, which is available at https://www.gohighlevel.com/data-processing-agreement. Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal) to process transactions. We do not store your full credit card or payment account numbers on our servers. Payment information is transmitted directly to and stored by our payment processors, each of which maintains its own privacy policy.

Analytics: We use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with our Website. These tools may collect information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

Email Delivery: We use third-party email service providers to send transactional and marketing emails on our behalf.

To further assist in maintaining the security of your information, it is also recommended to always keep your passwords safe and do not share your passwords.

Data Retention and Processing

We retain your personal information for specific periods depending on the type of data and its purpose:

  • Contact and account data (name, email, phone number, address): Retained for 3 years after your last interaction with us or the end of our business relationship, whichever is later.
  • Transaction and billing records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
  • Analytics and usage data (browsing behavior, IP addresses, cookies): Retained for 26 months from the date of collection.
  • Email marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for processing. Your unsubscribe preference is retained indefinitely to honor your request.
  • Coaching session notes and program records: Retained for the duration of the coaching engagement plus 3 years.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain by law (such as transaction records for tax purposes). There may be brief latency in deleting information from backup storage systems.

We may also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

International Data Transfers
