How fast does HPO respond to contact form submissions?
We read every submission, usually within a few hours on business days (Pacific time). If your message is time-sensitive, please call the number listed below for a faster response.
Do I need to provide a phone number to book a session?
No. The contact form requires only name and email. We provide you our phone number and you’ll call us for the coaching session.
Can I just call or email instead of using the form?
Yes. The phone, email, and address are listed below. The form exists because most leaders prefer it; the alternatives are always available.

How quickly will I hear back?
Within a few hours on business days. A real person reads every submission and responds personally. No autoresponders, no ticket systems, no automated nurture sequence.
Is there a cost for an initial conversation?
No. Tell us what you are working on and we will reply with a recommendation. If coaching is a fit, we suggest the right program and set up a free session (the Test Drive for senior leaders, the workshop for managers). If coaching is not the fit, we will tell you that too.
Can I try coaching before I commit?
Yes. Two options. The Executive Coaching Test Drive is a free 55-minute coaching session for senior leaders. Same format as a paid engagement. The Secrets of High Performance Leadership Workshop is a free 2-hour live session for managers and directors. Both give you a real experience before you decide anything.
Where is HPO based?
San Francisco. We conduct coaching sessions by phone, which lets us work with leaders anywhere in the world. We host The High Performance Leadership Accelerator on Zoom. We have coached leaders in 37 countries across six continents with 27 years of practice.
What does coaching cost?
High Performance Executive Coaching is $7,500 for four months (8 sessions, baseline + 90-day + 180-day measurement). The Leadership Accelerator has full details on the High Performance Leadership Accelerator (HPLA) page.
