How quickly will I hear back?
Within 24 hours. We read every submission and respond personally. No autoresponders or ticket systems.
Is there a cost for an initial conversation?
No. Tell us what you’re working on. If coaching is a fit, we’ll suggest the right program and set up a free session. If not, we’ll tell you.
Can I try coaching before I commit?
Yes. Two options. The Executive Coaching Test Drive is a free 55-minute coaching session for senior leaders. Real coaching, not a sales pitch. The Secrets of High Performance Leadership Workshop is a free 2-hour live session for managers and directors. Both give you a real experience before you decide anything.
Where is HPO based?
San Francisco. Sessions are by phone. We’ve coached leaders in 37 countries.
What does coaching cost?
Executive Coaching: $7,500 (4 months, 8 sessions). Leadership Accelerator: $3,500 (12 weeks, group). Full details on our program pages.
