How Executive Coaching Works

Most coaching engagements are 4-months with 8 structured coaching sessions:

Month 1: Strategic Foundation

We map your reality: the goals, challenges, stakeholders, the pressures, and the opportunities. You'll complete a leadership assessment and we'll build a focused coaching plan.

Months 2-3: Skill Building and Application

Bi-weekly sessions focused on your highest-impact areas. Whether that's critical decisions, strategy, planning, team trust, team alignment, defining problems, crafting messages and processes that result in specific behaviors, executive presence, or navigating organizational politics, we work on what matters most for your reality and results right now. Between coaching sessions, you apply frameworks and tools with your team and report back on what shifted and what you're still struggling with, so we can help you refine and execute more effectively.

Month 4: Integration and Sustainability

We lock in the behavioral changes that are working, address what's not working yet, and build a 90-day plan so you continue making progress when our coaching ends. You'll complete a post-assessment so you can see exactly what changed and again 90 days later to measure progress and focus on what's next.
