The next 50 minutes is real coaching on the priorities you choose.

Then 8 bi-weekly coaching sessions, baseline / 90 / 180 measurement, and check-ins along the way.

We typically offer the sponsor a Coaching Test Drive too. You bring your own biggest leadership challenges and the coach works them with you for 55 minutes. You see what your leader will get. If you move forward, the engagement starts with a 3-way goals session (you, your leader, and the coach) to align on outcomes. Coaching is confidential; your leader owns the coaching agenda. A day-90 check-in lets you see progress and adjust, and a day-180 post-engagement check-in shows what changed and what to focus on next.
