You get on the phone with a seasoned coach with deep operational, executive and strategic experience for 55 minutes. The first 5 minutes you prioritize the topics that will give you the most value: a decision you have been waffling on, a conversation you are dreading, a team that is not delivering, a role that is demanding more than you can give. If you move forward, the engagement starts with a 3-way goals session (you, your leader, and the coach) to align on outcomes. Coaching is confidential; your leader owns the coaching agenda. A day-90 check-in lets you see progress and adjust, and a day-180 post-engagement check-in shows what changed and what to focus on next.
